We ship to all countries from our studio in the United States.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order from the link sent in the shipping email. Alternatively, you can track all your orders from one place from the account portal.

Can I return my order?

All orders that have not been customized can be returned. For more information, visit our return policy.

Payments & Store Credit

How do I use store credit?

Store credits are issued via email. When issued your credit, you will receive an email containing a code. Enter this code at checkout to redeem your credit. If you are unable to find your original store credit email, please contact us for further assistance.

What payment methods do you accept?

At this time, we accepts all credit cards, Paypal, gift cards and Shop Pay.

How long will it take to see my refund on my credit card?

Money will appear back in your account within 48 business hours.
